When it comes to doors, Elite Kitchens & Bathrooms has cabinets that are more than just an open and shut case!

SPECIFICATIONS – STANDARD CASE CONSTRUCTION
All cabinet components, gables, shelves, and backs, are manufactured from 5/8" thermally fused door grade melamine particle board core. Cases constructed from white melamine have a full 1/2" vinyl finished back. Other than this, no board is less than 5/8" thick and 3/4" material is not necessary for this type of construction design, unless specified otherwise.
All exposed edges are finished with PVC edge tape by using high temperature adhesives.
Joints are manufactured using dado and rabbet joints, which give strong wood-to-wood bonds. This method of construction is far stronger than that of brads, staples, dowels, and screws. The dado joint eliminates any movement of material in all directions, and eliminates splitting of material caused by improperly setting screws. Brads and staples are only used to hold materials together while the glue sets.
32mm line boring of gables allows for European hardware and adjustable shelf clips.

Drawers are manufactured with 5/8" melamine board using glue and staple construction as well, and are standard with self-closing euro-style roller drawer glides. Optional slides include zinc finish full extension, self closing zinc full extension, and concealed undermount slides.
Doors from various suppliers are manufactured in a large variety of styles, finishes, and colours. Doors are supplied with 100 degree self-closing clip–on hinges.

FORMALDEHYDE FREE
To address environmental concerns, the Elite offers cabinets made from a board product that off-gases no toxic formaldehyde. All wood components are finished with the latest in high quality low VOC (volatile organic compounds) finishes. No one else offers this product.
STANDARD
Standard cabinet components made from 5/8” melamine, either white or hardrock maple (optional) as outlined above, offering virtually any door style you can imagine.
PLYWOOD
A classically designed cabinet reflecting old-world craftsmanship, using prefinished 5/8” natural birch plywood construction and full extension drawer slides. Optional dovetail drawer boxes are available as well. For high-end installations.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
ELITE KITCHENS cabinets have been manufactured in such a manner that little maintenance is required. All surfaces can and should be cleaned on a regular basis, using a mild soap and water mixture, and wiped dry. All wood surfaces should be wiped with a good quality furniture polish or wax once per year.
All hardware should be wiped periodically with a soft dry cloth. Hinges come with a manufacturers’ limited lifetime warranty and do not require lubrication. Hinges are self-closing and may be adjusted, if necessary, using adjustment screws to raise and lower, and pull in or out, all doors.
